who qualifies

Students enrolled at accredited institutions. Course instructors building agent curricula or assignments. Hackathon teams (include event name and dates). Independent researchers at academic institutions.

Commercial projects don’t qualify — see the free tier instead (no application needed). Nonprofits can apply on the nonprofit program page.

Why this matters for agents research.Loop gives student agents a real production API with honest uncertainty labels — confidence scores, inferred availability, observed_at freshness. It’s pedagogically different from static datasets: agents learn to handle live, imperfect data the way production agents do.
